What is the purpose of a VIPshoppers.ca membership card?

Once I have the card, how do I get my rebates?
Once you have the card, you simply need to present it in any of our partner stores, and the rebate will be applied by the merchant.

How long is a Vipshoppers membership card valid?
The card is is valid for one year from the date of purchase. An expiry date is indicated on the card.

Can I lend my card to a friend?
Sorry. Card sharing is prohibited and will result in loss of privileges. All cards must be signed by the member at the time of purchase.

What happens if I lose my card?
